FrogEye Salad

We made frog eye salad for the first time on Saturday and had some fun trying to strain the acini de pepi (sp?). Our strainer has holes about the same size as the pasta. So we tried a few different things with little success. I had to feed David at this point and told Chad to go get a pair of my unopened knee high hose, thinking he could stretch it over the pitcher and strain the pasta. When I went into the kitchen after feeding David, this is what I saw.DSCF1121

What can I say, I love him!
